Your Excellency the national chairman of our great party , Prof Nantawe Yelwatda ably represented by Hon Achidi ,our great state APC Chairman Hon Ahmad Garba represented by his vice chairman Hon Nasiru Jahun , all APC local government chairmen , executive elected local government chairmen , all stake holders here present , women leaders presents our loyal party members good afternoon .
It is with a deep sense of honour, humility, and with gratitude to God. I want to express my sincere appreciation for this confidence you have reposed in me and for this huge responsibility you have thrust on me once again.
May I also express my thanks to our Party, the All Progressive Congress,
APC, for providing me with the platform ticket to serve my constituents the great people of Jigawa North East
constituency of Jigawa State . I thank you for giving me the mandate once again to
contest under our flying flag of green white blue for National Assembly seat again .
To our dear President Sen Bola Ahmad Tinubu , we say thank you for providing the leadership through
which change came to Nigeria and for also providing the enabling environment that made this day possible.
Of course, all our party faithfuls remained my greatest pillar of strength. To all our Committee teams
and all those, too many to mention, who played a role in one way or the
other for this day to come, my sincere appreciation.
I must commend the good work of the screening and election committees headed by the representative of the national chairman of our party in person of Hon Achidi , the zonal vice chairman Hon Muhammad Umar Dikkuma, and the transparent nature of this exercise as a tribute to the bureaucracy of our leader Gov M Umar Namadi . we thank you for your continued support Sir.
We are most grateful to the women of our party and their tireless efforts
for all your support. This victory is for all Hadejia and Jigawa State indeed .
I salute the doggedness and service of our leader M Umar Namadi who give us all the guide , and together we heal the wounds and divisions of this
Party and together we shall work to deliver good legislation and good
governmance to our people. And I promise to work with you all for the betterment of our party, people , state , and Nigeria as a whole.
